Flame Treatment Machine for PP Bottle

Machine Details

1) Connect the machine to the electrical source, compressed air and gas(the connector is at the machine frame bottom）
2) Press<4>to connect to electrical source, check<3> to see whether lights up or not.
3) Press<1>to start conveyor, press<8>to adjust conveyor speed.
4) Adjust<11>to tight the knob to adjust the flame nozzle to right height.
5) Adjust<7>container rotating speed. Container will fly away if speed too fast.
6) First turn off<9>gas valve which connect to the red tube, then press<6>gas starter to fill the flame nozzle with gas and Compressed air. Meanwhile, check<5>indicator to see whether lights up or not.
7) Undraw<13>the flame baffler, turn on<9>again, then adjust <10>compressed air valve which connect to the blue tube, adjust the compressed air current to the minimum, then ignite the flame nozzle near<12>
8) After igniting, turn<9>gas valve and <10>compressed air valve to adjust the flame to right condition. Then you can begin the flame treatment.
9) If any accident happen during flame treatment, pls press<1> to stop the machine.
